How much does a new-build home cost in Valencia?
New developments start from €202,000. Charbel sends you floor plans and up-to-date prices free of charge.
What are the buying costs on a new build in Spain?
Allow 12-14% of the price in total: 10% VAT (IVA), regional stamp duty (AJD), lawyer, notary and land registry. We detail them before any reservation.
Are my stage payments protected?
Yes: in Spain, payments made before completion are covered by a bank guarantee or insurance (Law 38/1999) and refunded if the home is not delivered.
Do I pay any fees when buying through Baobab Homes?
No: €0 for you. You pay the developer's price; we are paid by the developer.
Can I buy from abroad without speaking Spanish?
Yes: we coordinate everything in English (NIE, bank account, independent lawyer, on-site or virtual viewings) through to signing with the notary, including by power of attorney.
