- No client funds held: Baobab VEFA does not receive or hold any funds, securities or assets other than its own remuneration. All payments are made to the notaries and developers in charge of the deeds.
Fees
Baobab VEFA is paid by the developers whose properties it markets. No fee is charged to the buyer: you pay the developer’s advertised price. See our fee schedule.
