Buyers: no fees
€0 in fees for the buyer. Baobab VEFA does not charge any fee, administration charge or commission to people who buy a new-build home through us, in France (VEFA) or in Spain (obra nueva).
The price you pay is the sale price set by the developer, the same as if you contacted the developer directly.
Fees paid by the developer
New-build sales: Baobab VEFA’s fees are paid entirely by the developer (seller), under the marketing agreement signed with them, and are included in the advertised sale price.
Project review and advice
Reviewing your project, shortlisting developments and the phone or video consultation are free of charge and without obligation.
