Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?
Only the information you give us in our forms: country and city, purpose of purchase, budget, first name, last name, email, phone number and, if you wish, a message.
To prevent abuse, a technical fingerprint of your connection is kept for up to one hour.
Why?
- to answer your request and call you back;
- to send you a shortlist of developments suited to your project;
- to follow up on your project and contact you about it;
- if you become a client, to support you all the way to the keys and manage our relationship.
Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Who has access?
Charbel Layousse only, and our hosting provider for technical storage. Your data is never sold or rented.
When we present a development to you, your name and contact details are passed on to the developer concerned (known in France as the client « dénonciation »), so that the developer knows you are supported by Baobab VEFA. They are only shared with the developers of the properties you are interested in.
How long?
- Enquiry or document request with no follow-up: three years from our last contact, then deletion.
- If you become a client: for the whole duration of our support, then five years (legal limitation period).
- Accounting records (invoices): ten years, as required by law.
Where is it stored?
On our hosting provider’s servers, in a data centre located in the European Union. Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use any advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are measured anonymously, without cookies, which is why no consent banner is shown.
The map is displayed using OpenFreeMap, which receives your connection’s technical address in order to deliver the map tiles.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, receive a copy of it or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to charbel@baobabvefa.com. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
